Why it matters

The need is growing faster than the workforce

More children are being identified with autism, and demand for trained behavior-analytic professionals keeps climbing. Sponsoring students closes that gap.

  • 1 in 31 children aged 8 identified with autism in the U.S.1
  • 132,307 job postings requiring BCBA certification in 2025, up from 789 in 20102
  • +28% growth in demand for BCBAs in a single year, 2024 to 20252

Texas and North Carolina, two of the states we serve, rank in the top five nationally for BCBA job demand.2

Can I sponsor above $25,000 or customize a package?

Absolutely. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll build a package around your goals.

    Who are the students?
