Connecting The Dots: Respite & Training, LLC (“we,” “us”) runs ctd-respite.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the website, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Forms (service requests, partnerships, sponsorship requests): the details you type in, such as your name, email, optional phone number and message. Please don't include diagnoses, medical records or detailed clinical history. We'll collect what we need securely during intake.
- Shop orders, invoices and sponsorships: your name, email, shipping and billing address, and payment details. These are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Your cart is saved only in your own browser so it's there when you come back. It never leaves your device until you check out.
How we use it
To respond to you, provide services, fulfill and ship orders, send receipts and tracking numbers, process sponsorships and invoices, and keep the business and tax records the law requires. We don't use your information for advertising and we don't sell it.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run the site and fulfill your requests: Stripe (payments, receipts, invoices and sales tax), Netlify (website hosting and form delivery), and the shipping carrier that delivers your order. Each handles your information under its own privacy and security terms. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Cookies
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe uses cookies and similar technology during checkout to process payments and prevent fraud.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept only as long as we need them to respond and follow up. Order and payment records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing connectingthedotsrespite@gmail.com. Some records, such as completed orders, may need to be kept for legal or tax reasons.
Children
This website is meant for adults: parents, caregivers, professionals and partners. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13 through this site.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
